• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Primary teaching experience

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive approach to behaviour support and classroom management

Desirable:

• Experience working with children with SEND
• Knowledge of autism and associated learning needs
• Experience within a specialist school environment
• Understanding of sensory needs and personalised learning approaches
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
