Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing any behavioural challenges related to communication difficulties, using appropriate intervention strategies.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children with speech and language difficulties is highly desirable.
• Knowledge or experience in speech and language therapy or related interventions is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside teachers and SEN staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping students overcome barriers to learning.
• A clear DBS check.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
