This is a closing role on a growing B2B sales team, focused on winning manufacturing and industrial customers across Germany. You'll own the full sales cycle — from first meeting to signed contract — helping procurement leaders at industrial companies unlock meaningful cost savings and strategic value through an AI-driven platform.
Qualify and close new B2B software customers across manufacturing and industrial verticals.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including discovery, demos, business case development, negotiation, and contract closure.
Collaborate closely with a dedicated prospecting team to build and convert a qualified pipeline.
Develop tailored sales strategies and build long-term partnerships with key accounts.
Create compelling business cases that articulate ROI and savings potential for procurement and C-level stakeholders.
Collect and relay customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to continuously improve the sales motion.
Help build and scale a high-performance sales organisation, including processes and enablement.
Identify and experiment with AI-powered workflows to accelerate personal and team-wide sales effectiveness.
At least 1–2 years of B2B software sales closing experience; senior candidates typically bring 5+ years.
Proven track record selling into industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments.
Experience engaging with procurement, supply chain, or C-level stakeholders.
Strong consultative, solution-oriented selling approach with the ability to build detailed customer business cases.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and a data-driven approach to tracking pipeline and sales metrics.
Excellent written and spoken German language skills — this is a dealbreaker requirement.
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Willingness and enthusiasm to work on-site in Munich and meet customers in person.
Experience with outbound pipeline generation in collaboration with a prospecting or SDR team is a plus.
