What you'll do

  • Market and sell Quadient Canada's full portfolio of hardware and software solutions to both new and existing customers.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Apply effective sales methodologies and strategic account planning to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and decision-makers across various industries.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver consultative solution recommendations aligned to customer objectives.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and customer records within Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation and forecasting activities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and successful solution implementation.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging market opportunities.

  • Strong customer relationship management skills with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Exceptional business acumen and the ability to articulate ROI and business value propositions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and resourcefulness in resolving customer challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory using a personal vehicle.

Job Description

Quadient Canada is seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our Vancouver-based sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across an assigned territory. You will leverage a consultative sales approach to position Quadient's comprehensive portfolio of hardware and software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations and achieve their business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets in a B2B environment, managing complex sales cycles, and building executive-level relationships.
