WHY NEW ENGEN?

At New Engen, we help brands grow—not just bigger, but smarter. We’re a digital marketing agency built to drive meaningful impact across the entire customer journey, blending media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.

Some clients partner with us through long-term agency relationships. Others tap into specialized solutions—like Donut Studios, our in-house creative studio for platform-native and short-form content, or Acorn Creator Suite, our influencer marketing solution built for retail impact. While each solution brings its own focus and flavor, they’re all part of how we deliver for our clients, together, as one team.

We’re a collaborative group of strategists, creatives, analysts, and makers who are all in on helping brands—and each other—thrive. We work hard, stay humble, and build with purpose.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Senior Account Manager, you will flex between being both the Account Lead- key client contact and relationship owner, and the operational heartbeat of your client portfolio. You'll own the day-to-day client comms and execution of integrated influencer campaigns, ensuring programs stay on track, teams stay aligned, and clients stay informed. Working closely with Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Account Leadership, you'll turn complex campaigns into seamless client experiences while proactively identifying risks and keeping work moving forward.

Lead Campaign Execution
Own the operational delivery of multiple influencer marketing programs from RFP through campaign wrap-up. You'll manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure every campaign is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Build Strong Client Partnerships
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact. You'll provide strategic recommendations, proactive communication, manage ongoing requests, navigate questions with confidence, and keep clients informed every step of the way.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Strategy, Creator Operations, Media, Analytics, and Engagement teams to ensure everyone has the information they need to execute successfully. You'll anticipate needs, remove roadblocks, and keep projects moving with clarity and accountability.

Own Operational Excellence
Develop project timelines, manage campaign workstreams, coordinate creator operations handoffs, facilitate media setup, and ensure campaign documentation is accurate, complete, and actionable.

Turn Performance into Insights
Lead the development of campaign recap presentations by partnering with Analytics, Media, Strategy, and Creator Operations to tell a compelling performance story and identify opportunities for future success.

Mentor and Elevate the Team
Support and coach Associate Account Managers while helping establish best practices, improve team workflows, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing environment.
