Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Brand Planner who can attend to brand strategy and client relationships with leading brands. A Thinker who is immersed in culture, knowledge, and brand stories and has a flair for expression; spoken and written.
- Ideation and articulation of strategic pathways in the service of a brand (across media).
- Capturing consumer insights and knowledge for relevant categories.
- Responsible for navigating the account planning mandate for brands assigned by being wired into the brand’s category, business, and consumer.
- Understand consumer behaviour and analyse a range of information in detail, including demographics, socioeconomics, and market dynamics for projects.
- Collaborate in brainstorming, briefing sessions with the internal teams and to inspire creative/advertising work.
- Attend to consumer interactions, conduct dipsticks and commission research to arrive at advertising strategies.
Skills and Competencies:
- Graduate / Post-graduate with 3 - 7 years of experience in a strategy & planning role with mainline or integrated advertising.
- Understanding the pulse of the consumer, their consumption pattern of brands and the influencing factors would be an added advantage.
- A curious mind and a keen problem-solver using research and data insights to derive solutions.
- Detail-oriented, a strong communicator and an effective presenter with skills necessary to develop effective presentations.
- Team player with strong intra-personal organizational skill.
