Role Overview:

As a Senior Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing the firm's client portfolio. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional service. Your role will also involve overseeing a team of junior client managers, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.

- Oversee a team of junior client managers and provide support and guidance as needed.

- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of clients' financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing strategic advice.

- Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry developments to ensure the firm's services are in line with best practices.

Candidate Profile:

- ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 5 years of experience in an accountancy practice.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.

- Attention to detail and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

- Proactive and client-focused mindset, with a strong drive to deliver exceptional service.
