WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

Role: 

We are seeking a talented Senior Advance Quality Engineer to join our Product Quality team, responsible for ensuring product quality during the development and launch phases. This role requires an experienced quality professional with a strong background in product development processes and manufacturing, along with solid structured problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ideally, this individual has previous experience with pumping, hydraulic, electromechanical or related products. This position reports directly to the Advanced Quality Manager.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive quality planning activities across all phases of New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring robust design and manufacturing processes from concept through production launch. 
  • Lead APQP deliverables (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Validation) and coordinate PPAP execution to ensure production readiness.
