Position: Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents, RAG-based applications, ETL/ELT pipelines, and scalable AI solutions using Python and cloud platforms.
Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agent solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Build single-agent and multi-agent systems using modern Agentic AI frameworks.
- Develop RAG applications using vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
- Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party services.
- Optimize AI applications for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost.
- Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, observability, and AI safety best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience with strong AI/ML and Data Engineering expertise.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Semantic Search.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience building GenAI applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
- Strong experience in ETL/ELT, Data Engineering, and enterprise data pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD practices.
- Good to have experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
