What you'll do
- Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy AI, machine learning, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Build intelligent workflows leveraging machine learning models, LLMs, enterprise data, APIs, and agentic frameworks.
- Develop solutions involving RAG, semantic search, knowledge discovery, intelligent automation, and decision support.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, evaluate, and deploy AI, machine learning, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions that address complex business and client challenges.
Working closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and technology teams, you will identify opportunities where AI can create measurable value and translate them into practical, production-ready solutions.
From proof of concept to deployment and adoption, you will play a key role in shaping AI capabilities across IQVIA's international markets.
Key Responsibilities

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is 243 900,00 zł - 452 800,00 zł. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
