- Manage transportation and warehousing activities with emphasis on route optimization and service performance.
- Own inbound prioritization and carrier coordination for the largest Business Unit.

- Assist in calculation, monitoring, and alignment of transportation KPIs.
- Analyze operational performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Take ownership of all OTM-related operational issues and coordinate with IT teams for resolution.
- Support OTM enhancements by assisting with requirements clarification and functional alignment.
- Participate in testing activities and provide support during hypercare phases.
- Perform data analysis using advanced Excel to support operational and decision-making needs.

Job Description: Transportation & Logistics Analyst (OTM)
Experience: 6–8 years of experience in transportation, warehousing, route optimization, and cost–benefit analysis.
Role Purpose
Responsible for managing and optimizing transportation and inbound logistics operations with a focus on cost control, operational efficiency, KPI alignment, and system effectiveness. The role includes ownership of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) processes, inbound prioritization for a major Business Unit, and analytical support for operational and developmental initiatives.
