What you'll do
- Develop and animate 2D characters , props, and backgrounds based on storyboards, concept art, and creative briefs.
- Accurately portray characters or objects' personalities, expressions, and movements through dynamic animation.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in animation style and adherence to project guidelines.
- Create animatics, layout poses, and in-betweens to produce smooth and fluid character animations.
- Participate in animation reviews and feedback sessions to refine and iterate on animations.
- Enhance animation quality by adding effects like rays, glows, and lighting to make the artwork more engaging.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure technical and creative alignment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior animators, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve animation-related issues, ensuring deliverables meet high standards.
- Contribute to improving animation workflows and processes to increase efficiency.

- Years of experience 4 to 8 years in animation (films, TV, video games, or related industries)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Spine 2D.
- Deep understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and anticipation.
- Experience with particle simulations, visual effects, and physics dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to think creatively and solve complex animation challenges.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
