Senior Art Director

We’re a team of designers and strategists who are genuinely obsessed with the craft—the kind of people who notice a kerning error from across the room and understand that a well-designed sub-navigation is just as vital as a hero image.

We’re looking for a Senior Art Director who shares that level of intent. We need a creative leader who can establish a high-level vision, but who also finds joy in getting in the trenches alongside the team to ensure every pixel earns its place.

As a Senior Art Director at Nebo, you are the creative compass for your projects. This isn't a "hands-off" management role; it’s a leadership role built on inspiration and execution. You will lead a group of designers through the entire lifecycle of a project—from the first messy whiteboard session to the final, polished launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and directions for interactive and digital media projects.
• Lead and inspire creative teams.
• Work with IA and UX teams to create emerging interfaces and experiences.
• Collaborate with Engineers to expand and elevate interactions and functionality.
• Work with Project Managers to deliver work within budget and on-time.
• Work with the Creative Director to mentor junior designers
