As a Senior Art Director at M+C Saatchi Europe, creativity will be at the heart of everything we ask you to do. From insight to execution, you'll work on both local and global projects for a variety of clients, with a strong focus on digital and social campaigns. You'll demonstrate your ability to give every brand a distinctive visual identity and every idea the most effective channel and medium. You'll work closely with a Copywriter, collaborating with different teams depending on the project requirements. And because we're M+C Saatchi Europe, you'll also have the opportunity to work with international teams.

THE ROLE
Develop creative concepts from insight to execution.
Deliver impactful 360° campaigns across digital, social, ATL, and BTL.
Collaborate with Copywriters, Creative Directors, and cross-functional teams.
Create distinctive visual identities and engaging brand experiences.
Lead projects through production, ensuring high-quality execution.
Stay ahead of cultural trends, emerging platforms, and AI-driven creative tools.
Present ideas confidently and contribute to a collaborative creative culture.
ABOUT YOU
At least 5 years' experience, ideally within agencies with strong social or digital expertise.
Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
The ability to develop 360° communication campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, social, etc.) in line with strategic guidelines and creative briefs.
Strong knowledge of the main social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), including trends and best practices.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign, as well as experience using AI tools. In short, you're an Adobe ninja and comfortable with the latest technologies for generating, editing, and producing content.
The ability to manage every stage of a project, from concept development through to production, working closely with Creative Directors and content creators.
Experience with production shoots, particularly for digital and social content.
A curious mindset, always exploring new formats, creative languages, and out-of-the-box ideas.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills.
The ability to work independently, with flexibility and autonomy.
Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Employees of the Tertiary Sector – Distribution and Services (Contract Code: H011); Job Classification: Level 2; Starting Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €34,000
