- Adopts best practices, developing, and sustaining cross functional relationships.
- Acts as a change agent and enables communication between business, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Deploys change management solutions and track program effectiveness in line with defined success criteria.
- Supports faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact people in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
- Performs any other related task as required.

The Senior Associate Change Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the implementation of less complex change management initiatives.
The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and drive the execution of change management initiatives activities and programs, thereby increasing employee adoption and usage.
