  • Deploys change management solutions and track program effectiveness in line with defined success criteria.
  • Supports faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact people in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
  • Performs any other related task as required.

Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Associate Change Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the implementation of less complex change management initiatives.

The primary responsibility of this role is to plan and drive the execution of change management initiatives activities and programs, thereby increasing employee adoption and usage.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supports and inputs into a proven industry standard digital change management model that drives best practice to amplify the effectiveness of strategy execution.
  • Communicates with business leaders and project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure awareness of best practice and application of the Change Management model.
  • Makes recommendations to support change and adoption.
