Senior Associate – Construction – Bristol – 5+ Years PQE
Location: Bristol
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with agile hybrid working)
Salary: £70,000 to £90,000 (DOE)

A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Construction team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to take on high value, non contentious construction work within a dynamic, forward thinking and collaborative Real Estate practice.

The Role
You will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers across the team, acting for a wide range of public and private sector clients across the construction supply chain. The role is primarily focused on non contentious construction matters, though candidates with the ability and willingness to undertake contentious work are also encouraged to apply.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on and negotiating construction contracts, appointments and ancillary documents

Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a lawyer with:

  • At least 5 years’ PQE in Construction and Engineering
