  • Partner with the FX product team and key stakeholders to translate business needs into well-scoped analytical problem statements and execution plans, with emphasis on FX domain nuances such as multi-currency settlement, corridor-level economics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, risk, and operations teams on agile squads to deliver comprehensive, data-driven solutions with tangible commercial impact for clients and customers.
  • Drive data science and analytics strategies, communicating findings, obstacles, and recommendations to stakeholders to accelerate delivery to market.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g., STEM, Economics, Finance) and 3+ years of data analytics or data science experience, or an advanced degree and 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience designing and building data pipelines for analytical workloads, including data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration using Python, SQL, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Experience with LLMs and agentic AI techniques, including prompt engineering, multi-agent workflows, and GenAI application prototyping.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
