Responsibilities:

Responsible for process control, personnel organization, waste elimination, product quality improvement to ensure continuous and stable production. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Optimizing, controlling and adjusting the production process, ensure that the finished product grade A rate meets the required standard and continues to improve;• Through the management of shift staff, job allocation, rewards and punishments, and monthly assessment, to achieve the monthly production target;• Cooperate with public works personnel to maintain the equipment to reduce the loss of downtime;• Ensure the cleanliness of the operation process equipment and surrounding environment by supervising and coaching the shift staff;• Through the skills training of subordinates, to achieve the purpose of improving operational skills and avoiding the occurrence of industrial accidents;• Presided over the pre-shift and post-shift meetings, arranged the on-shift production tasks and summarized the on-shift production. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
