Full description from employer

Introduction
Multitankcard has been a market leader in business mobility for over 30 years. Through our MultiTankcard and MoveMove brands, our platform processes tens of millions of mobility transactions each year for more than half a million active users.

Data & Analytics has become an increasingly important part of our organisation, supporting teams with data-driven decisions across Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Product.

Your mission
Your mission is to turn business questions into reliable, scalable data products and insights. Alongside that, you will have the opportunity to help shape the next generation of our data platform. As we migrate from Exasol to Microsoft Fabric, you’ll have real influence on how we report, structure, and use data across the organisation.

Together with our Data Engineer and Product Owner, you’ll help shape our architecture, tooling, governance and reporting practices.

What the job looks like week to week
Once Microsoft Fabric is in place, you’ll work at the intersection of business, data and technology. You’ll talk to stakeholders to understand what they actually need, challenge assumptions where necessary, gather information from DevOp teams and translate business questions into clear, testable requirements. The primary goal is to establish and maintain a single version of the truth across the organisation, ensuring teams make decisions based on consistent definitions, metrics and insights.

  • Shape how we work with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including standards around modelling, testing, documentation, deployment and governance.

  • Help teams become more data-driven, enabling users to work confidently with self-service analytics and tracking whether our analytics actually deliver business value.

What we offer & what happens next

You’ll join a small, ambitious Data & Analytics team where you’ll have plenty of room to shape the way we work and make a visible impact across the organisation.

We offer:

  • A competitive salary, based on your experience

  • An attractive pension scheme

  • Contributions towards health insurance and your phone subscription

  • 25 holiday days

  • Hybrid working

  • The option to work abroad for a period of time

Interested? We’d love to meet you.

Our process is simple: first, an informal conversation to get to know each other and explore the role. If there’s a match, we’ll invite you for a second, more technical conversation. After that, we aim to move quickly.
