  • Define, maintain, and enforce Lucid BIM standards, file-naming conventions, and digital deliverable requirements.
  • Configure and administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) projects, including permissions, workflows, issue tracking, and model coordination environments.
  • Manage Revit templates, model health checks, linking and shared coordinate workflows, and ensure optimized model usability.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary BIM coordination, reviewing federated models for compliance and alignment across trades.
  • Establish document-control requirements, including naming conventions, metadata, and version management.
  • Define as-built and handover deliverable requirements, coordinating receipt of final models, drawings, and supporting records.
  • Identify gaps in existing facility documentation and support corrective measures in coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Provide BIM training, technical support, and process guidance to internal teams and external project stakeholders.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and automation strategies to improve traceability and BIM process efficiency.

About the Role

The BIM Engineer serves as Lucid’s subject matter expert for Building Information Modeling, Autodesk Construction Cloud administration, and model governance. This role ensures consistent BIM standards and digital coordination practices that provide accurate, traceable, and maintainable project information from initial design through construction and long-term facility operations.
