Location: Remote in Asia

About the Hiring Company:
Our client is a Swedish B2B iGaming technology company. They build and operate their own iGaming platform and poker network, already live with an established operator in Asia, alongside a growing portfolio of original casino games.

The company is now expanding its commercial presence in Asia, and this will be its first dedicated senior commercial hire for the region.

We are looking for a commercially driven and well-connected senior business development professional to open doors across Asia. You will be the company's first dedicated commercial person in the region and own the full sales cycle, from getting the company onto operators' shortlists and into platform evaluations, to negotiating and signing deals, then managing and growing the accounts you bring in.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role from day one, covering a largely untouched territory with a direct line to the Chief Revenue Officer.

The position is fully remote and can be based anywhere in Asia. There is a slight preference for someone based in the Philippines, where the company has an office and the successful candidate could visit and work with the local team from time to time. However, this is not a requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage the company's commercial pipeline across Asia for its iGaming platform, poker network, and original casino games.

  • Drive longer, trust-based platform sales to operators while developing faster sales opportunities for original casino games with operators, including crypto casinos, and aggregators.

  • Use your existing network to open doors with operator decision-makers and secure invitations to platform evaluations and tenders.

  • Leverage the company's existing reference customer in the region to initiate new commercial conversations.

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, coordinating demos with the product team, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating, and closing.

  • Take ownership of the accounts you sign, including onboarding, relationship management, and commercial growth, while working closely with the Customer Success team.

  • Build the company's profile in the region by representing it at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Asia.

  • Feed market and client insights back to the Product and Management teams, including what Asian operators need from platforms, poker products, and casino games.

  • Keep the CRM up to date and report weekly to the Chief Revenue Officer on pipeline activity, deal progress, and next steps.

  • Help shape the company's Asia go-to-market strategy, including which markets and opportunities to prioritize next.

The Successful Candidate:

  • At least 6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in iGaming, with a proven track record of signing deals across Asian markets.

  • An active network of decision-makers at online casino and sports betting operators in Asia. Relationships with aggregators are also valuable.

  • Strong experience selling iGaming platforms, white-label solutions, or similar technology-led B2B products directly to operators.

  • Experience managing longer and more complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from initial introduction through negotiation and closing.

  • A proven ability to close deals, not only generate leads, with confidence in owning a revenue target and being measured against it.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and self-driven, with the ability to establish the company's commercial presence in Asia and work independently in a remote environment.

  • Based in Asia and able to travel regularly throughout the region and attend key industry events.
