Senior Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

📍 Location: London (E1)

🖥 Hybrid working as standard: 2 days a week in the office, the other 3 days remote (or office if you prefer)

Our mission:

• Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. Our mission? To be the gold standard platform for renting

• We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution

• Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission!

The Opportunity:

• Own and optimise Salesforce and key business systems across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance

• Partner with stakeholders to improve operational processes and deliver scalable system solutions

• Drive automation and AI-powered efficiencies using Salesforce’s latest AI capabilities to improve workflows and business performance

• Work in a fast-paced scale-up environment where you can influence strategy, solve real business problems and make a visible impact

What we need from you:

• Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration and automation experience

• Experience identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

• Ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into scalable system solutions

• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with experience managing integrations, working cross-functionally and thriving in a changing environment
