Job Overview
As a member of the social work department, assist the PACE IDT in coordinating essential PACE services and promote participant satisfaction and retention through consistent, high-quality customer service skills. Lead efforts to support and address participant and family service questions, requests, complaints, appeals, and incident reporting. Ensure Medi-Cal and Medicare issues are effectively addressed via established workflows to promote prompt resolution. Responsibilities also include processing involuntary disenrollments, as well as facilitating on-site satisfaction surveys and actively engaging in other center-wide participant experience activities. Minimum Requirements
