  • Provide high-touch client service including VIP meet & greet when relevant
  • Be available for on-call duties (evenings/weekends on a rotating basis)
  • Ensure proper invoicing, payment follow-up, and budgetary compliance for each operation

To strengthen our presence in the U.S. market, Luxaviation USA is actively seeking an experienced Senior Charter Broker, ideally based in or with a strong network in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, or Houston.


About the Role

As a Senior Charter Broker, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and corporate clients. You will play a key role in the end-to-end coordination of on-demand charter flights — from quote to execution — ensuring a flawless client experience.


Key Responsibilities
