About this role

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

At Broadridge, the Senior Client Policy Analyst, Governance will join a specialized research team operating at the intersection of investor and issuer corporate governance practices. This role is focused on proxy voting across the full lifecycle, including policy implementation, research, execution, data management, and reporting. This is a unique opportunity to build deep expertise in the evolving corporate governance landscape and its role in capital markets.

The successful candidate will support both internal stakeholders and external clients by analyzing proxy votes, identifying voting trends, and helping ensure client policies are accurately reflected in the voting process. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity about corporate governance and financial markets. While prior corporate governance experience is valuable, it is not required for someone eager to learn and grow in the field.

  • Support internal teams and external clients by understanding and responding to voting, reporting, and governance insight needs
  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in governance research, proxy voting, or a related field
