Cloud Operations Leadership

- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support for cloud infrastructure and platform services.
- Establish and manage 24x7 on-call support processes.

Cloud Governance & Security
- Partner with Information Security teams to enforce security standards, policies, and compliance requirements.

- Network Security
- Data Protection
- Encryption
- Vulnerability Management

- Maintain cloud operating models.
Monitoring & Observability
- Implement enterprise monitoring and observability frameworks.
- Develop proactive alerting and performance optimization strategies.
Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
- Define cloud DR strategies, RTO/RPO objectives, and recovery procedures.
- Conduct DR testing and business continuity exercises.
- Oversee backup and recovery operations for cloud workloads.
Cost & Capacity Management
- Manage cloud financial operations (FinOps).
- Optimize cloud spending across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Monitor utilization, capacity, rightsizing, and reservation strategies.
- Drive cost governance and budget planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or Platform Engineering experience.
- 5+ years in management or leadership role.
