Senior Commercial Rack Refrigeration Service Technician

If You Know Supermarket Racks, We’re Willing to Pay for It.

Watson Refrigeration is looking for a highly skilled Commercial Rack Refrigeration Service Technician who can walk in the door and confidently diagnose, service, and repair supermarket rack systems.

This is not an entry-level position, and it is not intended for technicians who need to be trained on rack refrigeration. We need someone who understands how the entire system works, can independently troubleshoot difficult problems, and knows what to do when a supermarket’s refrigeration system goes down.

For the right technician, Watson Refrigeration is prepared to pay top-of-the-market hourly compensation—serious money for serious rack experience. Your exact rate will be based on your technical ability, experience, certifications, and the value you can bring to the team.

Candidates must currently live within approximately 40 miles of Raleigh, North Carolina, or be willing to relocate within a reasonable commuting distance.
