  • Lead client employee benefit communication programmes for large corporate and blue chip organisations, and/or their pension schemes in the UK.

  • Nurture and mentor emerging talent in the team allowing them to learn from your experience whilst helping them to develop their own ways of working.
  • Share responsibility for some aspects of the leadership of the consulting team around supporting the development of the proposition development, our thought leadership and budgeting and forecasting to facilitate our ambitious growth

This is an exciting opportunity to join Isio’s fast growing Employee Benefits business, which spans strategic benefit design, workplace health & wellbeing consulting, DC pensions, benefits technology and employee engagement & support.

We develop communication programmes for large blue chip and medium sized businesses in the UK. We help employers and the sponsors of pension schemes creatively communicate their valuable employee benefits programmes to their people.

The role at a glance

Build and expand client relationships, develop communication strategies, own commercial delivery. Grows the communications proposition through winning work and the development of products and services for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
