About the Role
The Senior Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the bank’s policies, procedures, and operations adhere to regulatory and ethical standards. Primary Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For
Education

Experience
- Minimum of8+ yearsof experience in compliance, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations, and FEMA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Professional certifications in compliance or regulatory affairs are a plus.
