KPMG Ukraine is looking for Senior Consultant, Law. 

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda, legal opinions, regulatory analyses and other client-facing legal deliverables; 

• Provide day-to-day legal support across commercial and competition matters; 

• Draft and review contracts, prepare redlines and concise risk/issue summaries for decision-making; 

• Prepare and quality-check project documents; 

• Perform comparative legal analysis. 
  

Requirements: 

• University degree in Law; 

• 1+ years of relevant experience in legal practice, consulting; 

• Profound knowledge in the field of Ukrainian commercial and competition law, knowledge of other areas of law is an advantage; 

• Experience supporting donor-funded projects would be an advantage; 

• Excellent legal drafting skills; 

• Fluent Ukrainian, good spoken and written English (B2+ level); 

• High level of responsibility, goal-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; 

• Ability to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously; 

• Strong analytical and organizational skills; 

• Ability to learn quickly; 

• Team player, able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
