Join BDO's Brisbane Consulting team as a Senior Consultant and help organisations navigate complex challenges, drive meaningful transformation, and achieve better outcomes.

In this role, you'll work alongside government, private sector and not-for-profit clients, partnering with stakeholders to solve business problems, improve performance and deliver lasting impact. No two projects are the same and you'll have the opportunity to contribute across a broad range of strategic and operational initiatives, including strategic planning, business case development, operating model design, service delivery improvement, transformation programs and operational optimisation.

As a trusted advisor, you'll analyse complex issues, develop evidence-based recommendations, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and support the delivery of high-quality consulting engagements. You'll also work closely with senior leaders, contribute to business development opportunities and collaborate across BDO's national network to bring the best expertise and solutions to our clients.

About You 

You are a naturally curious and commercially minded consulting professional who enjoys understanding how organisations work and identifying opportunities for improvement. With at least 3 years' experience in consulting or professional services, you bring strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills and the ability to turn insights into practical solutions that deliver real value for clients.

You'll likely have experience across areas such as strategy, transformation, operating model design, process improvement or organisational performance. You are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, can communicate complex ideas clearly, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Most importantly, you're collaborative, adaptable and committed to continuous learning. You enjoy working as part of a high-performing team, taking ownership of your work and delivering outcomes that make a genuine difference for clients.
