  • The Senior Contract Administrator will review and verify changes related to encumbering and disencumbering funding, conduct a secondary review of vouchers for payment, and will validate vendor banking information.
  • The incumbent will help monitor the subcontract shared mailbox, provide technical assistance, and troubleshoot issues.
  • The Senior Contract Administrator will also help to ensure procedures are kept up to date, document processes, and will contribute to system process improvements.

Work Location Expectations
