The Opportunity

The Adobe Creativity and Productivity Americas Field Sales team is seeking a high-caliber Account Manager (AM) to cultivate strategic C-Suite relationships, drive industry-leading retention rates, and accelerate revenue growth across an assigned portfolio of named accounts.

As an Account Manager on Adobe's Creativity & Productivity team, you won't simply manage accounts—you'll shape executive relationships, influence digital transformation strategies, and help some of the world's most recognized organizations rethink how work gets done through AI-powered creativity and productivity. You will serve as the CEO of your territory, bringing together Adobe's technology, partners, specialists, and executive network to create measurable business outcomes for every customer.

Success in this role requires operational excellence, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence complex organizations. Performance will be measured by net-new revenue growth across the account portfolio, including retention and revenue targets.

Expected Pay Range:

 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $204,800 - $329,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In New York, the pay range for this position is $227,800 - $329,800
In Massachusetts, the pay range for this position is $220,500 - $319,350


At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
