Role Overview

This role is ideal for an experienced and hands-on creative designer capable of translating brand and marketing objectives into impactful visual communication across digital, video, and print formats.

You will develop high-quality creative assets for campaigns, product launches, social media, websites, emailers, packaging, and marketing collaterals while maintaining a consistent and evolving brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design and Execution

• Conceptualize and create assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, emailers, product packaging, and print materials

• Design and optimize platform-specific creatives, including social posts, TikTok and Instagram Reels, product videos, and marketing collaterals

• Develop illustrations, infographics, and launch assets that simplify and strengthen brand communication

• Adapt creative ideas effectively across digital, video, and offline formats

Brand and Cross-functional Collaboration

• Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines across all visual touchpoints

• Ensure every creative is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate briefs into effective designs

• Bring fresh visual ideas while maintaining the brand’s established identity

Creative Operations

• Manage multiple creative projects and competing deadlines without compromising quality

• Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI tools, platforms, and creative best practices

• Improve design workflows and use new tools to enhance creative quality and efficiency

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

• 10+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across digital and print formats

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar design platforms

• Practical understanding of emerging AI tools and their application in creative design

• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, composition, and colour theory

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and collaborative skills

Preferred Traits

• Experience working with healthcare, wellness, e-commerce, or technology brands

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing using After Effects or Premiere Pro

• Understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals

• Skills in photography or product styling

• Experience designing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other performance-focused platforms

• Ability to balance brand consistency with innovation and experimentation
