The Opportunity
We are seeking a Group Senior Customer Strategy Analyst to join our Strategy team and play a critical role in delivering customer, commercial and operational insights that drive business performance across Crown's integrated resort operations. Reporting to the Group Head of Customer Strategy, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Gaming, Hotels, Hospitality and Finance to transform complex data into actionable recommendations that improve customer engagement, optimise revenue and support strategic decision-making.
