About the Role

As a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant, you will serve as the technical backbone of our post-purchase client operations, bridging the gap between complex security solutions and business value. You will anchor customer technical outcomes by architecting solutions, writing scripts, and troubleshooting critical issues across sophisticated threat detection and response ecosystems.

This role is critical to driving long-term ROI, customer retention, and security infrastructure optimization for our clients. By acting as a trusted advisor, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, and creating scalable technical content, you will ensure our enterprise partners maximize the full power of their security investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored technical workflows, custom scripts, and integrations to help clients optimize their security operations.

• Anchor post-purchase technical success by serving as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for customer inquiries, advanced troubleshooting, and product training.

• Collaborate directly with Product and Engineering teams to feed customer insights back into the product roadmap and resolve complex technical blockers.

• Scale team impact by authoring digital-first technical knowledge bases, guides, and articles that empower clients through self-service enablement.

• Optimize clients' enterprise network security and cloud infrastructure posture through proactive guidance and performance tuning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Security Operations (SecOps) or Security Engineering, specifically working within XSIAM, XDR, and EDR environments.

• Strong proficiency in scripting with Python and/or JavaScript for automation and custom integrations.

• Hands-on expertise in Linux system administration, enterprise network security, and modern cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure).

• Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles within fast-paced, matrixed environments.

• Ownership mindset with strong cross-functional influence and customer relationship-building skills.

• Advanced English fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or vendor-specific security engineering credentials.

• Hands-on experience building or consuming REST APIs for security tool orchestration.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.

• Familiarity with SIEM migration projects or threat-hunting methodologies.
