About the team:
The IROCC Health & Wellness Analytics team delivers advanced analytics and scalable data solutions to support Investigations, Legal, and Compliance functions. Collaborating closely with business and engineering partners, the team addresses complex challenges by transforming data into actionable insights. Their work enhances risk management, supports investigative efforts, and enables informed decision-making across the organization. By leveraging expertise in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence tools, the team drives meaningful impact and fosters data-driven strategies that strengthen operational compliance and business outcomes.
What you'll do:

• Identify and validate data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
• Use tools like SQL, Power BI, Dataiku, and BigQuery to manipulate, analyze, and visualize large datasets.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical methods.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals.
• Apply data governance and management principles to support compliance and accessibility.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in data analysis, including proficiency with SQL, R, Python, and statistical techniques to identify patterns and insights.
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, and Python libraries to communicate complex data effectively.
• Experience leveraging AI to enhance analytics workflows, including the design and deployment of AI agents or autonomous systems for data-driven decision-making and process automation.
• Proven ability to manage data quality to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• In-depth knowledge of business intelligence tools and big data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions aligned with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
