As a Senior Data Engineer within our Data Hosting Platform Engineering team, you'll design, build and optimise modern data solutions that support analytics, AI, fraud detection, customer intelligence and regulatory outcomes.

You will:

• Build scalable enterprise data products and pipelines that power critical business capabilities

• Design and develop cloud-native data solutions using Snowflake and AWS

• Deliver trusted, analytics-ready datasets that enable data-driven decision making

• Improve platform performance, resilience and observability

• Drive automation and engineering best practices across the data lifecycle

• Partner with engineers, architects and business stakeholders to solve complex problems

• Support the adoption of modern engineering approaches and AI-assisted development

• Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement

• Have experience working with Oracle Exadata, including performance optimisation, high-volume workloads and integration with Snowflake-based data platforms

• Have strong experience building modern data engineering solutions at enterprise scale

• Enjoy solving complex data challenges and designing high-quality data products

• Bring expertise in Snowflake, SQL and Python

• Have experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions

• Understand cloud-native engineering and AWS-based platforms

• Value engineering excellence, automation and continuous improvement

• Thrive in collaborative Agile teams and enjoy sharing knowledge with others

• Are curious, adaptable and passionate about improving how data creates value.
