At Komodo, we partner with organizations throughout the healthcare ecosystem to improve patient care and reduce disease burden through data-driven insights. As a member of the Data Product team, you’ll help us to build a best-in-class healthcare data architecture covering hundreds of millions of patients through tens of billions of transactions that provides the foundation of that mission. We’re looking for a Senior Data Product manager to help drive the development and innovation of our core data products. In this role, you’ll work with engineers to drive our product strategy and execution on Komodo’s growing suite of data products. You’ll work with engineering leadership to help craft our technical strategy based on your deep understanding of our platform and customer needs. As a Data PM, you’ll work closely with our product principal and commercial teams to document use cases, create requirements, design evaluation criteria, and ensure on-time high-value analysis. You’ll own the day to day responsibilities for sprint management, and will ensure that the team is operating at high levels of efficiency. You’ll also work cross-functionally to ensure collaboration with teams throughout the organization, and will help to share knowledge throughout the company. |

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of annual base pay that we reasonably expect to pay for this position within the US. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.
The starting annual base pay for this role is listed below. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with a written agreement or plan. This role may also be eligible for equity awards. In addition, this role is eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; flexible time off and holidays; 401(k) with company match; disability insurance and life insurance; and leaves of absence in accordance with applicable state and local laws and regulations and company policy.

Roles vary — some can be performed from anywhere in the country, others are scoped to a specific region, and some are based near one of our hubs.
