  • Mentor junior team members in their code development and data management, driving best practices in code management (Git), testing, review and release processes.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by promoting experimentation, curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making.

THE ROLE

As part of the Global Data & Analytics Team, we are seeking a highly skilled and business-savvy Senior Data Scientist specializing in Customer and Marketing Analytics. This role will play a critical part in developing global customer Intelligence solutions driving retention and growth.

The candidate will be collaborating with Digital, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to deliver data-driven insights that drive strategic and tactical decision-making. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience building Machine Learning and Statistical models, interpreting results for business stakeholders, and integrating those insights into operational excellence initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
