We are hiring a Senior Delivery Manager  

Hybrid working model - Belgrade office   

We are hiring a Senior Delivery Manager to join us on Synechron Serbia journey, to help us grow and empower our teams & projects.  

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead and coordinate delivery teams in executing IT consulting projects

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery, managing expectations, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and internal teams to develop realistic delivery plans, monitor progress, and adapt to changing requirements

• Participate in architectural discussions and road map planning with technical leads and clients

• Drive adoption of best practices in delivery methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Identify and mitigate risks early, resolve issues proactively, and ensure seamless project execution

• Coach teams on delivery excellence, client communication, and effective stakeholder management

• Contribute to the development of reusable assets, frameworks, and methods that improve delivery efficiency and quality

Your profile:  

• 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles  

• Extensive experience in delivering large-scale IT consulting or outsourcing projects, preferably in the financial industry  

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple delivery teams and coordinate across various client engagements

• Strong client-facing skills, including consulting, negotiation, and expectation management

• Familiarity with delivery frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, and Kanban

• Excellent communication skills  

• Proven problem-solving ability and adaptability in dynamic environments

• Experience with enterprise software systems and large-scale system integrations is advantageous

• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve delivery planning, reporting, analysis, risk management or team productivity 

• High-level technical knowledge in areas such as:  

• Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure)   

• Modern software architectures such as Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Service-Oriented Architecture  

• GenAI (LLM, RAG etc.) 

• CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices  

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes  

• Data streaming and real-time processing platforms
