What you'll do

  • Design, develop and support Duck Creek Policy Administration System insurance products and lines of business that meet business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to gather and validate insurance product requirements
  • Work on the Duck Creek OnDemand ecosystem and develop products that are compliant with the Duck Creek Active Delivery model
  • Work on code movement and deployment across test environments and assist the release management team with production deployments
  • Integrate Duck Creek Policy application with third party APIs and other data sources
  • Provide guidance, train and mentor the Duck Creek team where applicable and incorporate industry best practices/standards
  • Provide inputs to product testing and validation scope and review artifacts
  • Provide relevant information and reports to business stakeholders by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.

  • 5 years of experience using Duck Creek Platform tools and applications including Server, Author, ManuScripts, Express, User Admin, Trace Monitor, and Util.
  • 2 years of experience with Duck Creek OnDemand Policy Platform version 8.x.
  • 2 years of experience with Duck Creek Anywhere APIs, AMIs, and Composed Requests.
  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft .NET, XML, XPath, XSLT, SQL, and C#.
  • 1 year of experience in providing training on Duck Creek Policy Platform.

Minimum Requirements:

5 years of professional software development experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

**Job Opportunity Qualifies For Employee Incentive Referral Program**

Our current reasonable and good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position is approximately $186,160 - $190,000 based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, educational background and certifications, performance and qualifications, market demand for the role and other organizational needs.
