About the role
The Senior Digital & CRM Specialist is responsible for leading the delivery, optimization, and continuous evolution of digital and CRM initiatives for the region. This role translates business needs into scalable digital and CRM solutions, drives enhancement and implementation activity, and strengthens performance, operational efficiency, governance, and adoption across the digital and CRM ecosystem.
Lead the execution of digital and CRM strategies for Emerging Markets with a focus on the multi-market roll-out of private customer and B2B CRMs.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM platforms, ensuring maintenance of data quality, segmentation, and campaign readiness.
Manage the Emerging Markets CRM campaign calendar in coordination with the local team.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer engagement, and key metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Continuous identification of opportunities to improve consumer acquisition, engagement and retention including ‘how we show up’ on key, regional e-commerce platforms translated into actionable recommendations.
Embed utilization of CRM and digital tools to regional team. Provide training and best practice guidance.
Execute other digital strategies including sales enablement tools.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and governance standards in all activities.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, influencing outcomes and driving alignment.
About you
Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
Significant experience in digital marketing, CRM management, or related roles.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
Proven track record in delivering and optimizing digital and CRM campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms and digital analytics tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
