What you'll do
- Drive all aspects of the digital design flow (RTL, DFT, Synthesis, STA, and PnR) for complex, highly integrated mixed-signal products.
- Define design development strategies to achieve on-time delivery while meeting aggressive performance, power, and area (PPA) targets.
- Lead the definition of top-level architectures and develop detailed micro-architecture for various digital sub-modules.
- Partner with AMS and DMS verification teams to ensure thorough functional coverage; collaborate with PD and DV teams to debug and optimize designs.
- Support silicon validation, test program development, and application-level debugging to ensure successful product rollout.
- Mentor team members, manage daily design challenges, and engage in high-level technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
- Work closely with System, Analog, Physical Design, and Test teams to ensure seamless, integrated product development.
