What you'll do

  • Work on the end-to-end front-end experience for websites, applications, responsive and adaptive experiences and other connected digital touchpoints.
  • Translate consumer needs, business requirements, brand objectives and content priorities into intuitive journeys, information architecture, interaction patterns and polished user interfaces.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, page layouts and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate experience and design intent as needed.
  • Apply consumer empathy, research, analytics, KPIs and behavioral signals to identify opportunities, validate design decisions and continuously improve the experience.
  • Rapidly iterate from concept through design handoff, balancing usability, visual quality, brand consistency, technical feasibility and speed to market.
  • Bring a strong content design mindset to digital experiences, shaping page hierarchy, messaging flow, calls to action, labels and supporting content so consumers can quickly understand and act.
  • Apply graphic design principles, including composition, typography, color, imagery and visual storytelling, to create compelling and cohesive digital experiences.

  • Experience creating both UX deliverables and polished visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating strength in interaction, interface, content hierarchy and graphic design.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum, Lean Kanban or comparable cross-functional product delivery environments.
  • Experience contributing to both small and large initiatives from concept through launch and optimization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, responsive design and design systems.
  • Strong visual design capabilities, including typography, layout, color, imagery, composition and brand application.
  • Ability to evaluate and shape content hierarchy, messaging flow, calls to action and microcopy in partnership with content and marketing teams.

About This Role: 

The Senior Digital Experience Design Specialist is a hybrid designer who bridges product experience design, content design and visual communication. This role creates cohesive, consumer-centered front-end experiences across websites, applications and other digital touchpoints while ensuring that content, interaction and visual expression work together as one experience. The specialist brings in-depth UX/UI expertise and a strong eye for graphic design, messaging hierarchy and brand expression, translating traditional marketing ideas and assets into intuitive, accessible and high-performing digital experiences. Working closely with product, marketing, content and development partners, this role turns consumer needs and business goals into experiences that are useful, engaging, on-brand and feasible to build. 


What You'll Do:

  • Experience Strategy and UX/UI Design

    • Provide design support throughout development and execution, including design reviews and quality assurance for layout, responsive behavior, typography, interactions, accessibility and overall design integrity.
