As Director - City Community Management, you will help define how community experience is delivered across a complex, high-profile urban environment. This role is central to building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and ensuring community strategy supports the broader vision for destination development, operational excellence, and sustained engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead city-wide community management to ensure community rules, standards, compliance requirements, and resident experience are consistently managed across City Ops assets
Lead development, implementation, and enforcement of the City Community Charter and related community rules
Oversee community compliance management, including violations, nuisance matters, noise, access requirements, and use of shared areas
Manage community-related requests and approvals, including alteration requests, shared area use, and compliance with community rules
Coordinate with relevant internal functions on legal, ESG, finance, risk, and operational matters impacting community management
Manage community issue escalation and resolution, ensuring recurring issues are tracked and addressed with relevant stakeholders
dentify community experience improvement opportunities to enhance livability, service quality, and overall community standards
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience leading community management across large-scale urban developments
- Experience in community management, master community management, property management, asset management, or urban operations
- Strong understanding of community rules, governance frameworks, compliance monitoring, and issue resolution
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience developing or implementing community charters, policies, standards, or operating procedures
- Strong reporting and problem-solving capabilities
