Position Summary

The Senior Director, Product Management is responsible for helping define and execute the enterprise product vision, strategy, and portfolio roadmap across Triumph's business and consumer-facing platforms. This executive leadership role serves as a strategic partner to business, technology, operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure product investments align with corporate objectives, drive growth, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The Senior Director will lead a high-performing organization of product leaders and managers responsible for the planning, development, enhancement, and lifecycle management of critical digital products and platforms. This role requires an accomplished product executive who can balance long-term strategic vision with operational execution, influence executive decision-making, champion customer-centric innovation, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The Senior Director will help establish enterprise product management standards, governance frameworks, portfolio prioritization processes, and performance metrics while partnering closely with Engineering, Data & Analytics, Operations, Risk, Finance, and executive leadership to advance Triumph's strategic initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Enterprise Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership

  • Help develop and maintain the enterprise product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and growth objectives.
  • Lead a product portfolio across consumer-facing applications, platforms, and capabilities.
  • Help establish portfolio governance, investment prioritization, and resource allocation frameworks to optimize business value and return on investment.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify emerging market opportunities, customer needs, technology trends, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on product strategy, innovation opportunities, and technology-enabled transformation.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product management leaders, product managers, product owners, and business analysts.
  • Build organizational capability through talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

  • Drive operational excellence through scalable product management processes, governance controls, and Agile best practices.
  • Remove organizational barriers and proactively resolve issues impacting strategic product delivery.
  • Help establish and monitor key performance indicators, adoption metrics, financial measures, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate objectives into product initiatives.
  • Communicate portfolio health, product performance, business outcomes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and external technology providers.
  • Champion organizational change management efforts associated with new products, platforms, and transformative initiatives.

Innovation, Risk & Compliance

  • Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, competitive solutions, and market innovations to identify opportunities for differentiation and efficiency.
  • Promote experimentation and innovation practices that accelerate value delivery while managing organizational risk.
  • Ensure products and processes comply with applicable regulatory, security, privacy, audit, and governance requirements.
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Information Security teams to ensure appropriate controls are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact portfolio performance, customer experience, or business operations.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities to maximize strategic and financial returns.
  • Help establish operational reporting, portfolio dashboards, and executive-level performance reviews.

Experience & Education
