  • Collaborate with S&OE and Operations teams to generate and maintain an executable supply plan

  • Oversee short-term wafer and supply planning alongside mid- to long-term (up to 5-year) horizon planning

  • Lead supply chain strategy, systems enhancement, and technology deployment initiatives in partnership with the CIO

  • Drive Product Lifecycle initiatives to optimize inventory and minimize excess and obsolescence (E&O)

  • Define and maintain SiOP calendars and cadence for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles

  • Develop insightful metrics and scorecards that translate data into actionable business decisions

  • Monitor risks and opportunities across the planning horizon and drive proactive mitigation

  • Lead supply chain integration activities for acquisitions and business integrations

  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and technology adoption within the Supply Chain organization

  • Proven track record leading cross-functional, matrixed global organizations through transformation and rapid growth

  • Strong financial acumen and executive presence with the ability to present and influence at the C-Suite level

  • Proficiency with enterprise systems: ERP (SAP/Oracle), MRP II (SAP IBP/Kinaxis Rapid Response), and demand planning tools
