  • Create, edit, update, and publish technical manuals such as operation and maintenance manuals using Adobe FrameMaker and Adobe InDesign.
  • Own and manage end-to-end creation and revision of spare parts manuals using the data from CAD, PLM, and ERP tools.
  • Create and revise technical illustrations using 3D models from SolidWorks and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings, CAD data, and BOM structures to perform technical manual updates.
  • Monitor machine master schedules to prioritize tasks and ensure adherence to project/product delivery timelines.
  • Partner closely with global Engineering, Product Line Managers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver product documentation.
  • Coordinate with translation and localization teams to prepare documentation for multilingual publication in global markets.
  • Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and efficiency improvement initiatives.

Job Description:

Senior Documentation Specialist - Role Overview The position involves creating technical illustrations for manuals, developing and publishing parts manuals, and creating, editing, and updating technical manuals for Barry-Wehmiller products. It requires strong hands-on experience with Adobe FrameMaker, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic editing tools, along with the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality documentation with minimal supervision. The role also expects good project coordination, English communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Qualifications & Skills
