Job Summary:
We are looking for an Senior Electrical BIM Modeler experienced in advanced BIM modeling, team coordination, and project delivery for Gulf region projects. The role involves independently modeling electrical systems, developing BIM standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Leadership, client interaction, and maintaining high deliverable standards are key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage advanced parametric electrical families in BIM software.
- Model electrical systems for diverse projects, ensuring compliance with Gulf standards.
- Prepare and update BIM manuals and implement project-specific standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for project alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and manage task distribution.
- Maintain professional interactions with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation meets project requirements and contribute to process improvements.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD MEP) for advanced modeling.
- Ability to develop parametric families and follow Gulf region practices.
- Strong team coordination and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience with independent system modeling and team management.
Education
B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
